Welcome to the 2025 Fix My Insurance Agency Virtual 2-Day Process Implementation Workshop. Sponsored by Inspire a Nation Business Mentoring and facilitated by Billy R. Williams, Ph.D., America's leading insurance agent mentor and coach.
The 2025 edition of the Fix My Insurance Agency Workshop has been completely revamped compared to previous workshops and includes topics such as developing and using AI Tools, Virtual Assistant KPIs, and how many of the tools insurance agents normally use have added AI functionality to streamline existing processes.
This workshop will show insurance agents how to implement the 26-core insurance agency processes required to operate a highly successful agency using the S4TS process implementation method (Standards, Time Blocking, Tasks, Templates – Tools – and Automation, Training, and Spot-Checking).
The bulk of the sessions are held in 30-minute blocks which allow enough time for the most important information, knowledge, and wisdom, but no time for fluff!
While the core processes within the workshop are focused on insurance agencies that sell property, casualty, commercial, and life insurance, the processes can be easily modified to fit all types of insurance and financial service products, as well as any type of sales organizations.
